OK so my goal is to write everyday. I will get there, but man life, work, kids, it has been difficult to get away to post. Today is day 6 of being on my new way of eating to improve my health. I am down 5 pounds, and I have more energy than I have had in like 7 months. My blood sugars are stable and normal levels, I am sleeping much better, and enjoying life more. 3 more days to go of my 8 day ignite plan, then on to the next week.
I try to make my family amazing, and delicious meals to eat, and I will admit it has been difficult at times not to want to eat my creations with them. But, once I get past these initial beginning stages, my new plan opens up some more, and I plan on making some amazing seafood dishes for our family that I can enjoy with them. Staying positive, feeling up beat, exciting to see the pounds continue to burn off. I am ready to be thin, and keep it off for life.
Next, begin incorporating more exercise into my routine each week. Words of encouragement to anyone out their who has extra weight they want off that they have struggled with their whole life. Take it one day at a time, 1 pound at a time, join me in working to reclaim the rest of your life, have the body you want, and be healthy.
A motto that I have heard that is so true “Eat to Live, Not Live to Eat”, reprogramming my brain and body from my old ways of thinking and eating! Ok Day 7 here we come.
