Alright I made it through the 8 day challenge. I lost 6 lbs and 10 inches overall. That is pretty awesome. Day 9 and 10 are cheat days within reason of the plan. It was awesome today to mix it up a little with some Mexican food, pizza, and some random items. I feel great. I get 1 more cheat day tomorrow, then I am off to days 11-30 back on my strict regiment of weight loss, life changing and habit-forming in the way I eat, and now I will begin incorporating exercise.
1 lb at a time, 1 meal at a time, and 1 day at a time has helped me stay focused and on task with my life style change in how I eat now. My blood sugars continue to be amazing with eating on plan, lots of energy and overall attitude with life has improved, not so grouchy anymore from blood sugars not being in a good spot.
Got to get some rest, so I can get in as close to 8 hours as I can. Recommend some nice warm herbal green tea.
